Planning dates for 2012

The calendar now includes all known dates for 2012, including regular meetings and one-off visits/talks for groups like history, theatre, gardening and social. To avoid any clashes, please check the calendar before making your own bookings.

You can view the calendar month by month by moving the arrows or choose "AGENDA" at the top of the calendar and you will see a list of Blackwater U3A dates for the year.

Please email the Interest Group Coordinator as soon as you have a date confirmed so we can keep the calendar up to date.

Travel costs for car sharing

The mileage will be determined by the coordinator or leader of the event for the round trip, there and back.

The latest price for a passenger to pay is:

£2 for a round trip of 16 miles,

£3 for 17-26 miles,

£4 for 27-36 miles,

£5 for 37-46 miles.

Above this is at the discretion of the Group Leader. Parking fees should be shared.
